Bob Pierce is the Manager of Member Services and Key Accounts at Clearwater Power Company. He has over 20 years of experience working in energy conservation and customer service at electric utilities. He has a bachelors of science degree in Electrical Engineering and in 2008 he completed the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association's Certified Key Account Executive (CKAE) program.
"I believe in the concept of Public Power," he says. " A service as basic and necessary as electricity should be provided to the people on a not-for-profit basis with the best customer service and technical assistance we can possibly provide." The cooperative business model is one of the best ways to accomplish this.
