Before construction can begin, it will be necessary for a Clearwater Power Company field engineer to visit with you and prepare a specific, site-related plan and cost estimate. You may contact the Clearwater Power Company office during our regular office hours to schedule an appointment with our field engineers. You will be required to pay a $100 design fee. This fee will be applied to the total cost of construction if you elect to have the new service built within 6 months of the engineer's appointment.
