Clearwater Power’s 88th Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, Oct. 22 at the Clearwater River Casino in Lewiston.
In accordance with our bylaws for the nomination and election of directors, a nominating committee has been appointed and will meet this September.
If you wish to recommend an individual for consideration as a candidate for nomination, in districts 1, 4 or 5 (see map below), please contact any nominating committee member listed below. The deadline is Aug. 30, 2025.
