Employment Opportunity Available: Director of Member Services
Clearwater Power Company is seeking a Director of Member Services to be responsible for providing supervision, leadership and direction to Member Services employees while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented work environment with a high degree of respect, trust and accountability and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for assigning work, answering questions, solving problems, helping with complex transactions and sensitive member relations problems, and explaining cooperative policies and procedures. Responsible for the coordination of all member transactions including accounting, billing, and collections along with efficient, accurate, and courteous service. Candidate must be able to effectively work with a variety of people under difficult circumstances. Provides timely reports, data, and reconciliations to other departments. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Utility or cooperative experience preferred. Familiarity with NISC software desired. Competitive salary and benefit package.
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and 5 years’ experience in a related position or an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business, Accounting, or similar discipline and ten (10) years’ experience in a related position.
