Clearwater Power is seeking applicants for Engineering Representative.  This position performs administrative and geographic information system (GIS) duties for the Engineering Department while maintaining efficiency and accuracy on all paperwork. Responsibilities include taking engineering phone calls, setting appointments, closing work orders, maintaining GIS inventory, maintaining connectivity model and various other related duties. The representative also assists with maintaining the Outage Management System and assists the Operations Department with the radio and telephone and other essential dispatcher duties during outages or in the event of the dispatcher's absence.
This position reports to the Director of Engineering and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Must also be highly proficient in the use of personal computers and programs including Microsoft Office Suite, NISC iVue Application Suite, general office equipment and possess a thorough knowledge of general office practices and procedures. Minimum of an Associate Degree in Computer Science, GIS or similar discipline and three (3) years’ experience.  Other combinations of education and experience considered.
