We are seeking applicants for the position of Member Services Representative II.

Responsibilities include working with delinquent accounts by assisting members to find assistance, establishing payment arrangements and otherwise following cooperative collections procedures; processing capital credit allocations, retirements, and estate payouts; assisting with the preparation and processing of members’ energy bills; and also filling in for the duties of Member Services Representative I.
