Is there a place I can download or look at my past meter usage from 2024 to the present?
Yes, we have a simple way to track and compare your electric usage over time using SmartHub.
Access it online on the SmartHub website, or you can install the SmartHub app on your phone. Once logged in, navigate to the “Usage” section and select “Usage Explorer.” From there, you can choose a date range and view your energy use in a clear, visual format.
- Monthly usage appears as blue bars showing your energy consumption or kilowatt-hours (kWh) (shown below)
- Average temperature is shown as a black line that overlays each bar. This helps explain seasonal spikes, like higher usage during very hot or cold months (shown below)
- Demand can also be displayed with 1 click to see the daily peak demand (not shown)
If you want more detail, you can click on any individual month to drill down into daily usage. This is especially helpful if you’re trying to pinpoint when usage changed, compare patterns month to month, or better understand what’s driving your bill.
SmartHub also gives you access to your billing and payment history, so you can review past statements and track trends over time. While the platform focuses on visual graphs, it may not provide a full numeric report of usage across long periods. If you need a detailed data breakdown, Clearwater Power can provide that upon request.
If you’re not already set up or run into login issues, Clearwater Power’s member services team is happy to help you get connected. Give us a call at (208) 743-1501.
