Bob Pierce brings more than 30 years of experience with Clearwater Power, having served in a variety of leadership roles throughout his career, including most recently as Chief Operating Officer and previously as Manager of Member Services. His extensive knowledge of the cooperative, its employees, operations, and the communities it serves will provide strong continuity and leadership as Clearwater Power moves forward.
Throughout his career, Mr. Pierce has helped guide the cooperative through important periods of growth and change. He has played a key role in the development and implementation of many of the systems and initiatives that support Clearwater Power’s operations today, including the cooperative’s TWACS metering system and wildfire mitigation efforts. His experience and commitment to innovation have helped position Clearwater Power to continue meeting the evolving needs of its members.
