District 3 has an open board position ahead of the regular board elections scheduled for October 2026. This position has been held by Robert Callison of Kendrick, Idaho since 1983. And we sincerely thank him for this service.
The board of directors will appoint a new director to represent District 3. This appointment will remain in effect until the next election,* at which time the position will be included in the cooperative’s general election.
Members interested in applying for this position should review these qualifications:
- Must have been a Clearwater Power member for a minimum period of one (1) year
- Must maintain an account in the district they represent (District 3)
- Their principal residence, as defined by federal tax law, must be located in that district and served by the cooperative
