Clearwater Power is now accepting applications for the 2023 Youth Rally. The rally is a scholarship competition and a student leadership conference rolled into one unforgettable week.

Current high school sophomores and juniors can apply. The process includes an essay, a short quiz and a panel interview. The 6 highest-scoring applicants are selected. Those students are automatically awarded a scholarship based, in part, on their application scores.
Applicants’ parents or guardians must be members of Clearwater Power Co.
The 6 local students selected will join 70 to 80 other students from throughout the Northwest to attend a 1-week, all-expenses-paid leadership camp at The College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho.
Camp activities include:
- Leadership activities.
- Idaho state capitol tour.
- Team-building competitions.
- High-voltage electric safety demonstration.
- Public power education.
- Roaring Springs Waterpark.
1 delegate will be selected to represent our region in Washington, D.C., in 2024 for the National Youth Tour. Since 2007, 7 students from Clearwater Power have won the Washington, D.C., trip.
