Clearwater Power is committed to protecting Member privacy, confidential information, and the safety and security of Cooperative operations while supporting appropriate information sharing with non-members. Non-members may request access to certain Cooperative records by completing this form. Requests must identify the records being requested and the purpose of the request and must be submitted at least 30 business days before the requested date of access. Requests are subject to review and approval by the General Manager and/or Board of Directors. Some records may be restricted or unavailable due to privacy, confidentiality, security, or other considerations. Reasonable fees may apply for copying or reproducing requested records.
