Your Essay Topic Is: How and why were electric cooperatives formed?
- Please watch the two videos below and read the reference material provided to prepare you for the essay. Using your own words, explain how and why electric co-operatives were formed. Minimum length of 400 words, but you are welcome to make the essay longer if you wish. The essays will be scored by the staff at Clearwater Power. (The judges will read the essays ‘blind’ meaning they will not know who submitted each essay until all scores are submitted.)
