Our Annual Meeting of the membership has historically been held on the first Friday of November (Pandemic restrictions have changed that routine). This meeting is your opportunity to learn about the status of your co-op. Members also vote on bylaw amendments and the board of directors. If you wish to nominate someone for the board of directors, please contact any member of the nominating committee. The nominations and voting bylaws can be found in Article II, Section 5, and Article III, Section 3, of our bylaws and policies on our Resource Library page.

Town Hall Meetings are a great way for members to get in-depth information regarding:
- Electric Rates
- Programs and Services
- Energy Efficiency Measures
- Energy Wise Products
These meetings provide an open forum to ask questions. Attendance prizes and refreshments are always offered. Locations, dates, and times are always published in Ruralite Magazine in the month preceding the meeting.
