Candidate statement:
Serving on the board would provide an opportunity to use my skills and experience to move Clearwater Power into the 21st Century while still maintaining the reliability and affordability they have been known for. I believe my ability to think outside the box and offer creative perspectives would benefit the company and its members.
Occupation, employer and job history:
I have worked for PotlatchDeltic Corporation for 30 years. I'm currently a Land Use Forester, managing the recreation, permits, easements, grazing, surveying, mineral and land rights programs. Other positions I've had with PotlatchDeltic, include GIS analyst, Area Supervisor (forester), System Administrator, GIS Supervisor, and Sr. GIS Architect.
Education and experience:
I grew up on a farm at Cherrylane and graduated from Lapwai High School. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Idaho. Over the years, I have gained experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), project management, financial forecasting and budgeting, and land management.
